Under current Queensland Government restrictions, we are permitted to hold public worship services and other gatherings at the Church Hall. Currently masks are required to be worn indoors per government requirements. If gathering restrictions are required, given our hall size this generally this means regular attendees plus some visitors can be accommodated. If numbers exceed capacity we can provide additional seating outdoors under cover.
We continue to hold bible studies on Wednesday evenings at 7:30pm. Please contact us for details of the weekly venue.
Prayer Meetings and Sunday School are at the Church hall on Sunday mornings at 9am before our worship service.
Some activities are still restricted and depending on restrictions applicable we have modified our practices around serving of food and drinks:
- Morning Tea: we are able to enjoy a time of fellowship outside from 10-10:30am between the Prayer Meeting and Worship Service for morning tea. Morning tea is served rather than self-service.
- First Sunday Lunch: When permitted we enjoy a shared lunch, however if restrictions require we will have a BYO lunch, with family groups sitting together and/or smaller groups spread in our various areas outside. This simplifies arrangements due to variable numbers and serving of food. Please contact us if you would like to join us on the first Sunday so that we can confirm what arrangements currently apply.
Should restrictions change we will modify gatherings and events accordingly. Please contact us for any current updates or check back here regularly. Thank you.
